Desiree A. Papendick has a practice emphasis in personal injury and criminal defense.  Ms. Papendick graduated from California State University, Chico with a major in Social Services.  Ms. Papendick earned her Juris Doctorate from Cal Northern School of Law in 2015.  Ms. Papendick passed the California State Bar Exam that same year and on the first try.  It was the lowest first-time California State Bar pass rate in 34 years.  Ms. Papendick is a member of Red Bluff Rotary, she is active in Tehama County community service and a member of the State Bar of California.  Ms. Papendick is also admitted to practice in the Eastern District Court of California.
